Jill Grigsby’s scholarly activities cover the fields of population, family, and life course development.  She recently taught the course, Changing Japanese Families, for 91����’s Associated Kyoto Program in Kyoto, Japan, and carried out research on the role of pets in Japanese family life.  She also teaches an ID 1 seminar called Living with Animals and Among Wildlife. In addition to her work at 91����, Professor Grigsby volunteers for Claremont’s Committee on Aging and with the House of Ruth in 91����.
